	Warning:  Only authorized service technicians should attempt to service Watson & Parto equipment. Service performed by any unauthorized technicians may result in a voided warranty.

Q.: Can I place an order online?
A.:To ensure order accuracy, W&P does not offer this option. Because all orders will be manufactured to your specifications, we like to finalize all orders by e-mail or telephone/fax.

 Q: Can I get products English use manual before order them? 

A:we don¡¯t have all English use manual ,and we are still translating somr of them into English. we will send Chinese use manual to you first to let you know it¡¯s quality and some of the picture.

We are sure that we must send you English use manual after you place the order.

Q.: Can I print or customize (OEM) the packing of the product?

A.: Yes, you can customize your logo print / paint on the package, or make a label which print your logo stick on box, inside contents is plain, and each content do not show original country. We may charge you some printing fee.

Q.: How can I get samples promptly?

A.: You can contact our representative via email, fax, or phone to specify the sample you need and provide your courier (as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) account number, and we'll send samples through your courier by freight collect. For oversea customers, sample value under USD5.00 normally free of charge. As a courtesy, your express airmail charges and samples charges can refund from 1st order.

Q: if the package has been broken when I get the products ,how can I do?

A: if you meet such a problem ,pls don¡¯t worry . Just call your local express company or shipping company to tell them the truth but don¡¯t touch or open any package .And we will also call our local shipping company to check . They will g, ive both you and us a report to solve this problem.

Q.: Whether W&P can offer me extra business service or not?

A.: Yes, if you want to purchase other products from China or need special services, please feel free to leave us a message or send us email  informing  which products you need.
